Sunrise 5K/ 1 Mile 8 AM Beach Run, shoes or barefoot, it is up to you! This is a family and walker friendly chip timed event. 5k Awards to top male and female winners 1st-3rd placement overall, 1st place m/f 14 & under and Masters (over 40 1st place m/f)

Children’s Crab Crawl: $20 For Children ages 10 and under. Includes post-race refreshments, T-shirt and finisher medal. This is a family fun event on the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks featuring the new expansive shores of Nags Head. Sunrise Appreciation, post-race and crawl, features breakfast refreshments, and, of course, the most beautiful sunrise on the East Coast. Finisher medals and Summer Series Shirts to ALL participants.
